- Oppermann: FATEFUL
the making of the following 12 pictures: We loaded
our camera and G.L. exposed the film. Then the film
was rewound and double-exposed by M.O. The only rule
for both was that each picture should deal with our
love-story. Not knowing the motives of each other,
the result would be a fateful optical combination.
Then we selected 12 of 24 pictures where both motives
together formed a new picture with a unique
similar way we created the sound. We both looked for
sounds fitting to the pictures, supporting their
different meanings, or we took the distinct
original-sound. The mixture of both should lead to
something new called "fateful composition".
